​Every one from a beginner to a pro rider can benifit from the upgrades of a re-valve.  Pro-Action has been the innovator of front fork valve body design technology. Our pistons match flow dynamics of the fork with critical edge of hydraulic lock valve body designs. We now produce 12 types of valve bodies. These valve bodies have the most direct flow patterns of all valve bodies produced. This direct flow design eliminates harshness in the fork and reduces rider fatigue. The edge of hydraulic lock design eliminates bottoming. Super Cross Valving uses a two-stage system. Motocross valving uses a two-stage system with a quick opening circuit for choppy acceleration bumps. The off-road valving uses a three-stage system to eliminate deflection off rocks and roots and provides excellent mid-range manners and great resistance to bottoming. The result is the finest working front fork system ever built. Imagine a front fork that stands up tall, is plush on initial hits, firm on big hits, and progressively soaks up everything in between.​ 

FORK REVALVE

This includes a full service.  We tear down the fork inspecting all the parts, we then deep clean them ready for a re-valve. We use our exclusive valving system, which is customized to each individual rider’s height, weight, type of riding, terrain and skill level. We then rebuild with fresh oil at the proper levels. ready to ridevalve. FORK SERVICE

$199.99

Our service includes complete disassembly. All internal and external parts are cleaned and inspected for wear. The valves are then decontaminated and the fluid is changed. wear parts will be discussed before replacement. ( on brand new bikes seals are not inspected )

For the outer fork tubes we offer KASHIMA coating which is a proprietary treatment offered directly from Japan. KASHIMA coating is a very hard and low friction treatment applied to aluminum allowing them
to perform at a higher level. Kashima gives you a smooth, plush, feel.

DLC COATING / LOWER FORK TUBES

DLC (Diamond like Carbon) Coating is much harder than the standard chrome found on motorcycle inner fork tubes and shock shafts and has a much smoother low stiction surface that improves shaft movement for a better ride
